We collect 7 days a week four times a day by booking early you will be able to choose your date and time.

When you have booked you can edit your collection date up to one day prior to the collection date.

As long as it can be carried and it is something that won't fall apart (bearing in mind that it is to be safely carried and stored for a period of time) we don't stipulate plastic boxes.

When you book your collection, unique labels will be generated for each of your boxes and/or other items. We print and bring your labels to you on collection day – they are then attached to your boxes/other items.

If you haven't booked a re-delivery date just log back into your account and either request to collect yourself or book a re-delivery date 5 days' notice is required for re-delivery.

Don't worry we send you a reminder 10 days prior to your end storage date. Log back into your account to select to either collect your stored items yourself or book the re-delivery date.

Email manager@student-stuff.co.uk to include a picture for confirmation that the item can be collected and stored.

Here is a few of the items we cannot store but for a full list see our terms and conditions:

• Perishable goods/food including sauces
• Non-perishable food unless packed so that it is protected from and cannot attract vermin.
• Sharp knives or other kitchen implements unless blade is fully protected with a suitable material to prevent any risk of injury.
• Tobacco.

You can store for as little as a week to a maximum of 52 weeks.

When you have booked you can edit your items up to one day before collection

Payments are made through the banks secure payments gateways no card or bank details are held on our website.

The facility has 24/7 CCTV surveillance, intruder alarm, and a secure gated compound.

For a successful collection first time, ensure you have entered your address accurately, with the correct postcode. If we are unable to collect your stuff due to insufficient address information or an incorrect postcode, or if you're not at home or not ready when we arrive, there'll be a charge to re-arrange your collection.

During the booking process you will be asked to complete the online direct debit mandate, this will enable us to collect payment once the service is provided.

You can change your mind and cancel the booking request up to 10am the day before collection, no payment is taken until collection is made – just send an email to manager@student-stuff.co.uk quoting your booking reference number.

As long as it has been organised correctly then you don't need to be there on collection or delivery day. However it's your responsibility to prepare your items and arrange to have someone else there to oversee the collection/delivery.

Collection is easy, we will have your items ready when you arrive at the facility and it is located close to the universities.

When you are booking you have the option for delivery or "I haven't decided yet"  this option allows book your collection and later log back in to your booking and add delivery details

During the booking process you will have the option for "I want delivery" -  you can add all your delivery details and ensure that you get the date and time you require by booking early.

Once your items are in storage with us you do not have access to your items, however if you wish to retrieve the items, just let us know and we will have them ready.

We have a secure facility with all the latest in technology from surveillance and security.

The maximum weight of any one item is 25kg. Each category has a maximum size in ‘Width’, ‘Depth’ and ‘Height’ in centimetres – choose the appropriate size.

The Start Date' is the week that collections can be made, 'The End Date' is the week prior for collection or delivery.
